Holiday house Hum
Description
In Hum, in the Goriška Brda we rent out a holiday house measuring 120 m2, fully equipped with its own parking space and park. The accommodation has three bedrooms, one large and two smaller, two bathrooms, a hallway, a large living room, a kitchen and two small outdoor terraces.
The house is modern and fully equipped, the bedrooms have latex mattresses. There is also an outdoor shower in the garden, plenty of privacy and space to relax.
The 120 m2 service areas are located under the living area and offer storage, socializing, and parking inside the building for two cars.
The location is excellent, at a distance of 50 meters there is a shop, 150 meters a restaurant and pizzeria, 100 meters a cafebar. In the immediate vicinity there is also a playground for children.
The famous village of Šmartno is only around 5 minutes away by car. The house also offers an exceptional view of the famous Sabotin hill which has a rich history from the First World War, where the Isonzo Front took place.
Nearby are hiking trails to all sides of the Goriška Brda and beyond. Possibility of cycling and exploring beautiful corners in the nearby area.

- The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people at a time.
- Arrivals to the accommodation unit are after 2 pm, and departures are until 10 am.
- Small pets are allowed.
- Creating excessive noise is not desirable.
- Smoking indoors is prohibited.

- Price list for renting and using the entire accommodation.
- One-day stay 250€.
- Two-day stay 450€.
- Three-day stay 600€.
- Each subsequent day 150€.
